Our founders grew up surrounded by the irresistible aromas of rotisserie chicken turning slowly over open flames, the sizzling sound of doner kebabs being carved to order, and the laughter of families gathered over hearty meals.
When they came to Calgary, they missed those simple, soul-satisfying experiences — so they decided to bring them here.
